Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using www.tatmanufacture.com or engaging TAT Manufacture for production services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

2. Nature of business

TAT Manufacture is a B2B leather manufacturer. Quotes, samples and production orders are offered to trade buyers only. We do not sell finished goods to individual consumers.

3. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are in USD, exclusive of freight and duties unless the quote specifies otherwise (e.g. CIF, DDP, DAP).

4. Samples

Development samples are chargeable and non-refundable. Sample cost may be credited toward the first production order at our discretion. Approved pre-production samples are the reference standard for bulk.

5. Payment

Standard terms: 30% advance on order confirmation, 70% balance against Bill of Lading copy before shipping. We accept T/T wire and Letter of Credit for established accounts.

6. Production timeline

Lead time is quoted from the date of advance receipt and final tech pack approval. Force-majeure events (port closures, national holidays, natural disasters) may extend lead time and will be communicated immediately.

7. Quality & inspection

We inspect to AQL 2.5 unless a stricter standard is agreed in writing. Buyer or nominated third-party inspection is welcome at buyer's cost. Claims for quality defects must be raised within 30 days of goods receipt, supported by photos and defect samples.

8. Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of your designs, brand marks and tech packs. We do not reuse or resell buyer designs to third parties. NDA available on request.

9. Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the invoice value of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of sales or brand damage.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be settled by arbitration in Dhaka, or by mutual agreement in a neutral venue.
