Leather made the patient way.
For over two decades, TAT Manufacture has helped premium brands turn ideas into beautifully crafted leather goods. We are a family-led atelier of 350+ artisans, pattern-makers and quality engineers — quietly producing for some of the world's most respected fashion and lifestyle houses.

Since 2000
Crafted with patience
Our story
A house built by hand, one hide at a time.
TAT Manufacture began in a small workshop in 2000 with three cutters, a single skiving machine and a quiet belief: that leather goods should be built slowly, honestly and to last a lifetime. Twenty-five years later, our atelier still runs on the same principle — only the scale has changed.
Today we work with more than 120 brands across Europe, the United Kingdom, North America and Australia. From emerging designer labels to established luxury houses, our partners trust us with their patterns, their hides and their reputation. We take that trust seriously: every order — whether 100 wallets or 10,000 jackets — passes through the same hands, the same controls and the same standards.
We are not the largest factory. We are not the cheapest. What we are is consistent, transparent and easy to work with — three qualities our clients tell us matter most.
What we stand for
Values you can feel in every stitch.
Craftsmanship first
Hand-cut, hand-skived, hand-finished. Machines assist — they never replace the maker.
Honest quality
Full-grain hides from LWG-certified tanneries. No bonded leather, no shortcuts, no surprises.
Responsible production
Vegetable tanning, low-VOC finishes, recycled packaging and a measurable path to lower impact.
Discreet partnership
Your designs, patterns and tech-packs stay yours. NDA-protected from the first conversation.

Inside the atelier
From the first sketch to your warehouse.
Every project moves through the same six-stage path — designed so you always know where your order stands.
- 01
Brief & feasibility
We review your sketch, sample or tech-pack and confirm materials, MOQs and indicative pricing within 24 hours.
- 02
Pattern & sampling
Our pattern-makers build the first prototype in 10–14 days. You receive photos, video and a physical sample.
- 03
Pilot production
A short pilot run validates fit, finish and hardware before we commit your full order.
- 04
Bulk manufacturing
45–75 day lead times depending on construction. Weekly progress updates with photos from the floor.
- 05
Quality control
AQL 2.5 inspection on every batch — stitching, edges, hardware, smell, weight and dimensions all logged.
- 06
Packing & shipping
Branded boxes, dust bags and custom inserts. EXW, FOB or DDP — your choice, your incoterms.
Why brands choose TAT
The reassurance of a partner who answers the phone.
We know choosing a manufacturer overseas can feel risky. Here is how we remove that risk before you ever place an order.
98% on-time delivery
Tracked across 5 years of orders. If we are ever late, you hear it from us first — not your buyer.
One dedicated account manager
English-speaking, available on WhatsApp, email or video call. No ticket queues, no language gaps.
Sample-matches-production guarantee
If a bulk piece does not match the approved sample, we remake it at our cost. In writing.
NDA & IP protection
Mutual NDA signed before the first sketch is shared. Your patterns are never reused for another client.
Audited supply chain
Tanneries, hardware suppliers and trims — all documented, all traceable, all open to your inspection.
Quality, measured
Every piece is inspected. Every batch is documented.
Our QC team works to the international AQL 2.5 standard. Each batch receives a full inspection report — with photos, defect rates and a signed release — before it leaves the floor. You see the report before the container does.
- Stitch density & tension checks
- Edge painting & burnishing review
- Hardware pull-test & finish check
- Dimensions, weight and symmetry verified
- Random pull-and-test on 10% of every batch

The people
The hands and minds behind every TAT piece.
A leather workshop is only as good as its people. Meet a few of the artisans, designers and account managers who will look after your order.
