Who we are
TAT Manufacture ("we", "us", "our") is a leather manufacturing company operating from Bangladesh, serving fashion brands worldwide. Our website is www.tatmanufacture.com.
What we collect
When you request a quote, book a call, or contact us, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: name, company, email, phone, country, product interest, target order quantity, and any files or reference images you upload. We also collect standard technical logs (IP, user agent, referrer) for security and analytics.
How we use it
- Respond to your quote or sample request.
- Send production updates, invoices, and shipping documents.
- Share relevant manufacturing capabilities and case studies.
- Comply with legal, tax, and export documentation requirements.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. Limited processors receive it only to run our operations: hosting (Cloudflare), database and auth (Supabase), email delivery, and freight forwarders when we ship your orders. All processors are bound by their own privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries are kept for 24 months for follow-up. Order records, invoices, and export documents are kept for 7 years to satisfy tax and customs law. You can request earlier deletion of enquiry data at any time.
Your rights
Under GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA (California) you may request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data. Contact privacy@tatmanufacture.com and we will respond within 30 days.
